From Roma Termini

A taxi takes about 10 minutes. On foot it is a pleasant 25-minute walk. Several buses stop nearby at Largo di Torre Argentina.

Give the driver the address Via di San Pantaleo 64. Use only official white taxis with the Roma Capitale logo, and confirm the fixed airport fare before you set off.
Driving

Parking & ZTL

The historic centre is a limited-traffic zone (ZTL). Private cars cannot enter during ZTL hours without a permit, and cameras issue automatic fines. Taxis, private transfers and licensed drivers are exempt.

ZTL hours: Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with some late-night restrictions on Friday and Saturday. Times can change, so check before driving.
Our advice: arrive by taxi or private transfer rather than by car.
If you do drive: the nearest guarded garage open 24 hours is Parking Via Giulia, reachable from the Lungotevere, about a 10-minute walk.

Check-out

We hope you enjoyed your stay with us in Rome. As your departure approaches, please check out by 10:00 AM and kindly take a moment for the following.

Garbage

Rome's historic centre uses door-to-door collection, so there are no street bins nearby. Please separate your rubbish (paper, plastic and metal, glass, organic and general waste) and leave it bagged inside the apartment. Our team takes care of disposal.

Beds & towels
  • Please leave the beds unmade.
  • Place all used towels together in one spot on the floor.
Before leaving
  • Turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
  • Leave the two sets of keys on the plate in the niche by the entrance, before going down the stairs.

Thank you for your cooperation. We wish you a pleasant journey and look forward to welcoming you again on your next visit to Rome.

Leaving later in the day? Deposit your luggage at Bounce (Piazza Navona 79) and enjoy Rome until your onward journey.

Good to know

Drinking water: Rome's "nasoni" street fountains give free, cold, safe drinking water. Tap water is drinkable, so carry a bottle to refill.
Tipping: not expected. Rounding up, or leaving a euro or two for good service, is appreciated. Check the bill for a cover charge ("coperto") or service.
Electricity: 230V, European sockets with two or three round pins (type F and L). Bring an adapter if your plugs differ.
Shops: many small shops close in the early afternoon, roughly 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and on Sundays. Supermarkets usually stay open all day.
Pharmacies: look for the green cross. Some open at night and on Sundays on a rotating basis.
Getting around: the centre is best explored on foot. Validate bus tickets on board, and keep an eye on your belongings in crowded areas.
